FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION | $300
There is nothing I love more than photographing kids being kids. Their curiosity and wonder, the way they look at you when you're talking to them, their sometimes solemn faces just about to crack a smile, or the funny way they walk. Sometimes children need some time to warm up to a new face before they're ready to be their true selves, and that is just fine! My family sessions are not rushed, and we can wait for the right moments to happen.
When you book a family session with me, you will receive a pre-session consultation via e-mail or telephone. Your on-location session will last 60-90 minutes. I have a relaxed approach to posing, and will direct you on where to sit or stand, and how you might interact with each other, but how you execute that is up to you. I want to capture who your family truly is. Expect to move, laugh, sing and have fun together. Trust me, we'll get some photos of you all together "looking", too... but it's not all we're going to do! Sneak peeks will be posted to social media within 24 hrs of your session. (With a signed media release) Within 2 weeks of your session, you will be e-mailed with the link to your gallery and password.
MINI SESSION | $175
My mini session package includes everything as described above, but the session length is 30 minutes. Newborns and extended family sessions are not eligible for mini sessions. This is a great option for milestones of young children, and yearly updates to your family photos. When you book a newborn session with me, you also have the option of adding a Fresh 48 session (30 minutes) for $150.
IN-HOME NEWBORN SESSION | $300
So, your little one has finally arrived. Routine is gone, sleep is scarce, and you can't imagine hosting a stranger in your home, let alone have photos taken of what is around you. It is OK! There is no place your baby would rather be than at home in your arms. We will work around the chaos, and capture what truly matters, your family loving on the new little one that has just joined the outside world. All we really need is one window and you!
When you book a newborn session with me, you will receive a pre-session consultation via e-mail or telephone. Your 1.5-2 hr on-location lifestyle session usually takes place within the first month of your baby's life. I have a relaxed and natural approach to posing. I will provide guidance, so that you know what to do, but the focus is not on stiff studio-style poses. I want to capture real emotion and images of you bonding with your baby. We'll get a few photos of everyone "looking", too, but that's not all! I do have some simple neutral wraps for infants, and understated headbands for baby girls that I am happy to bring along if desired, but my goal is to incorporate your own life and home in your photos. In addition to photos of the entire family, I will create beautiful portraits of your newborn individually. Sneak peeks will be posted to social media within 24 hrs of your session.
